Purchased something and it's just not the right fit?
We understand that sometimes you may love a product but when you bring it home it just doesn't work.
With that in mind, if you are unhappy with your item or have changed your mind, Licorice Home will happily exchange within 7 days of you receiving your online order.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for returning the item.
If you bought from us in-store, you will need to return the item directly to our physical store in South Melbourne within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product being returned must be in as new condition, with tags still attached and Proof of Purchase included.
Under Australian consumer law, you are entitled to the refund of a faulty product if an exchange of that item is not possible. Where there is a manufacturing fault, Licorice Home will offer a straight swap replacement.
Please note we do not offer refunds unless required by law.
